What Robin does with us

Robin is a developer at his core. He writes code, but that is not really the point. What makes the difference is that he builds custom tools for businesses. The kind that replaces half-broken Excel workflows, manual handoffs between systems, and the small recurring tasks that eat an hour a day without anyone really noticing.

On top of that, Robin takes the lead on our e-commerce projects. We build online stores with Shopify as a headless backend and a Next.js frontend, so the customer gets flexible product management and a site that loads in under a second. In parallel, he leads our work on AI integrations.

Tools that actually save time

Every company has its own processes. Most SaaS tools are built to fit many companies, which means they fit none of them particularly well. Robin builds in the opposite direction: small, sharp tools that solve one specific problem for one specific business.

It might be an internal dashboard that pulls numbers from five different systems into a single view. A form that triggers the right event in your CRM, invoicing software, and email at the same time. An admin tool where staff can update product data without bouncing between three different interfaces. Or an automation that removes a recurring manual step completely.

It is not glamorous work. But that is where the real win is. A company that saves one hour a day in the right place saves 250 hours a year. That is money in the bank, less stress, and more time for the things that actually drive growth.

AI that solves problems, not AI for the sake of AI

AI integration is not about pasting a chatbot onto a website. It is about looking at the customer's daily work and finding the places where AI actually saves time. Automatic product copywriting for stores with many items. Smart routing of incoming leads. Internal assistants that help the staff instead of replacing them.

The market for AI tools is full of solutions looking for problems. We want to help Swedish businesses tell the difference between what is worth investing in and what is just hype. That takes someone who understands both the technology and the business. That is why we brought in Robin.

What this means for you

Faster delivery on e-commerce projects. Concrete advice on where AI moves the needle in your company and where it does not. Custom tools that replace expensive licences or manual work. And one more person you can talk to directly when you work with us.

Welcome to Galea, Robin.
