From the Government Offices to mindful presence. How we built Sara Modig’s digital platform

Sara Modig

About the client

Sara Modig has an unusually weighty and broad background. Before becoming a coach and breathing instructor, she spent many years as a civil servant at the Swedish Government Offices working on innovation and business policy — at the heart of how Sweden develops, grows and makes strategic decisions. It is an environment where you learn to facilitate complex issues, translate policy into execution, and build trust in the rooms where decisions are made.

She carries that experience into everything she does today.

After a career change, Sara ran her own consultancy for several years focused on facilitation, innovation leadership and evaluation, alongside board work and engagement with early-stage startups.

Today, Sara works as a coach, mentor and breathing instructor under the brands Brave Being (reflective conversation) and Brave Breathing (conscious breathing). She is a certified coach via ICI/Orjala & Partners, a breathing instructor via Inspiraktiva, a breath coach via Hale, trained in SensingYoga, and follows the ethical guidelines of the ICF and the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance.

Her value proposition rests on the combination of strategic experience from the highest level of Swedish public administration and a deep personal practice in breathing, conscious presence and coaching. Her audiences range from individuals in life transitions to leaders and organisations seeking deeper sustainability in their leadership.

The challenge

Sara needed a digital platform that could carry both the weight of her professional background and the softness of her current offering, without becoming heavy to operate on her own.

The key challenges were to communicate a position that is both strategic (with the gravitas of the years at the Government Offices) and deeply personal (breathing, presence, coaching) without the two sides chafing against each other.

We also needed to separate two service areas — Coaching & Mentorship and Breathwork & Conscious Presence — in a clear and converting way.

Sara also wanted a blog structure where she could write herself and build authority over time, plus an events structure for courses, workshops and retreats that scales with the business via CMS.

An SEO foundation that carries both her personal keywords and her professional focus areas was necessary. And finally, she needed a reliable support structure for ongoing maintenance and continued development.

The solution

We took a holistic approach and worked with Sara across every layer of the digital — from brand and strategy, through website and blog, to events structure and ongoing support.

The brand work landed in colour, typography, tone and visual expression that mirrors Sara’s calm, present voice without obscuring her professional, strategic side.

The website was built in Webflow with custom design. A total of 15 pages: homepage, about page, two dedicated service pages for Coaching & Mentorship and Breathwork & Conscious Presence, a blog with post template and categories, an events page with detail template and categories, an author template, plus a Style Guide and 404.

The blog runs on a full CMS architecture with Blog Posts, Authors and Categories. Sara owns her content and can build thinking around her areas entirely on her own.

The events structure is built on a custom CMS collection for courses, workshops and retreats. Each event has its own detail page, and Sara publishes new events by filling in CMS fields without needing to contact a developer.

The SEO implementation covers unique title tags and meta descriptions per page, dynamic SEO fields on CMS templates that pull title and description directly from the content, Open Graph settings per page, and a structured URL hierarchy with /tjanster/, /blogg/, /event/ and /category/.

The content structure is designed around a clear customer journey where CTAs lead the visitor toward booking and conversation. Each service page has its own conversion point tailored to its audience.

After launch, we provide ongoing support with continuous help for updates, adjustments and continued development.

The results

Sara now has a digital platform that mirrors both her professional weight and her personal practice. The two sides of her offering — the strategic background and the conscious presence — are carried by a coherent design that doesn’t compromise either one.

The website works as a hub for the entire business. Visitors looking for coaching find a clear entry point with relevant tone. Those looking for breathwork meet a different expression but the same professionalism. Both journeys lead to booking.

The blog gives Sara a tool to build authority on her own terms. By writing about breathing, leadership, change and presence, she positions herself long-term in the topics she wants to be known for.

The events structure lets courses, workshops and retreats be published without friction. The CMS flow is simple enough that Sara can manage it herself, and structured enough for the site to scale with the business.

The SEO foundation is in place for long-term visibility. Each page has unique metadata, structured URLs and Open Graph tags that work across search engines and social channels.

The ongoing support ensures the platform keeps evolving in step with Sara’s business. Adjustments, updates and new needs are handled without delay.
